General Rules
  1. As a member of BigHeartBingo.co.uk you agree to abide by the rules and regulations.
  2. Player must be over 18 yrs and also not from a restricted country.
  3. By participating in the game, you agree that you do not find the game offensive, unfair or indecent.
  4. We allow only one account per person, household, shared Internet connection to avoid misuse of the Free Sign Up Bonus. If found management has the right to close the account and forfeit all the winnings.
  5. While accepting any gifts/winnings, you acknowledge giving us your testimonials and using it for advertising purpose.
Games
  1. All stakes placed including pre buy are final. It is player’s responsibility to keep their Username and Password safe and secure. Management does not take any liability caused to the Player’s Account.
  2. In the case of Multiple Winners, the Prize and/or Jackpot will be equally split between all the winners.
  3. In case of system malfunction, we shall refund all stakes placed on that particular game. In such cases CozyGames will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.
  4. In the event of any miscalculation between the Game data as recorded in our Data base and that recorded by the player, the data recorded in our server will be considered valid.
  5. In case of any disagreement, management’s decision will be final.
Free Money Rules
  1. Any winnings derived from the Free Money are not eligible for Withdrawal.
  2. You can play with a maximum of 15 cards. To play with more cards, you need to be a purchasing customer.
  3. Management reserves the right to debit free money winnings from player’s account at any time.
Bonus Rules
  1. Bonus Bucks or BB’s are Complementary Promotional Bonus given to the players as recognition to their Loyalty. BB’s intend to increase the player’s playing time therefore increasing Enjoyment and Chances of being BIG winners.
  2. When a Withdrawal request is placed, players will forfeit BB’s in their account Up to the value of remaining “Cash Balance.”
    Ex: A player has £200 cash in his/her account and £300 in BB’s. Player withdraws £150 cash leaving £50 cash in the account. Player's BB’s will be reduced to £50.
Chat BBs

Players may participate and receive chat BBS up to 100% of their last deposit. Players must have made at least one deposit within the last 7 days to be eligible for the chat bonus.
