Fill out the Membership Form
Fill out the membership form, making sure all your details are correct. The 'Alias' field is the name that will be seen by other members of the chat room. You can use your own name, but try and be creative!!!

Add funds to your Account
To add funds to your account, simply select what payment method you'd like to use [we accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit, Electron, Delta, NETeller and Click2Pay] and the amount you'd like to deposit. Then click 'Submit', and you'll be taken to a payment registration page. Simply fill out these details and click 'Submit' again.

Buy your Cards
Once you've added funds to your account, select your desired game (in this example we're using 90 ball bingo, but we also offer a range of games, including 75 ball bingo, blackjack, roulette, video poker and slot machines). Select the number of cards you'd like to buy, then click the 'Buy' button located on the left panel. The monetary value of the cards you've selected will then be deducted from your account, and you'll be ready to play BigHeartBingo!

Playing Bingo
Once the game starts, the bingo caller will call the numbers. When any of the numbers called match those on your bingo cards, the number will change colour. If you want to use your dauber to mark them, simply click on the highlighted number. Don't worry if you don't mark all your numbers, BigHeartBingo automatically registers them for you. So, if your lucky numbers come up, you'll win anyway!

Claim your Winnings
The most important bit of the game!  Once you have a full house, on either one line or two lines, click the big red 'Claim' button on the left hand panel and you'll be a winner!  Don't worry if you have a dropped connection, or if you simply forget to click 'Claim', the system will automatically register it as a win and credit your account accordingly!

The minimum payout (withdrawal) amount a player can request at any one time is £30.00. In order to be eligible to make a payout request (and thereafter to receive such payout) you must have deposited a minimum of £25 to your account over the course of your account lifetime.

Only one payout request may be made in any 48 hour period (which is determined based upon 48 hours from your first 'pending' payout request). Regardless of the 48 hour period or the individual amount of each payout request, all multiple payout requests will be declined and the funds returned to your account. If you have multiple payout requests we ask that you return the funds to your account and consolidate your request. If you do not, we will decline the payout request until such consolidation has occurred.

Payout requests are approved on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for requests submitted by 23:59 GMT the previous day. You should note, however, as required in accordance with our gaming license, certain due diligence on positive customer identification is required therefore approval may be delayed during this process.  Our due diligence review shall include the submission of identity documentation by you in order for us to verify your identity and account details.
 
Payouts requested on weekends and bank holidays will be approved and processed the following working day.
 
Once a payout request is approved it is processed by us the following working day and may take up to 10 (ten) working days to reach your account depending on your financial institution.
